You need to go to the BIOS to do this.

- Set PCIe x16 slot to Gen 3

- make sure Above 4G Decoding is disabled

- Disable resize BAR

- Finally, disable Global C-State Control under Peripherals->CPU Common Options

That should make USB devices (Onboard Bluetooth is on the USB controller) more stable.
